Here are some of the key responsibilities of the role:
👉 Develop mechanisms to assess the impact of EMSA's work.
👉 Collect and analyze reports from General Assembly Meetings, Regional Meetings, and other EMSA activities.
👉 Gather reports from EMSA officials.
👉 Ensure the appointment of an Executive Board Contact Person for General Assembly Meeting Hosts.
👉 Prepare and distribute invitations, provisional agendas, and other relevant information for General Assembly Meetings.
👉 Minute Executive Board meetings, Team of Officials, and General Assembly Meetings, sending them promptly to the Supervising Council and members.
