Dear esteemed EMSA-AA Family,
My name is Huriyuma Abduljelil, I am a C2 medical student at AAU-CHS. In my role as an Officer for SCOPH-AA and as the Capacity Building Development Assistant for SCOPH-Ethiopia at the national level, as well as Vice president for capacity building Assistant at EMSA-AA ,I have gained valuable experience. Additionally, I have volunteered and continue volunteering with various organizations, demonstrating my eagerness to serve both the community and the EMSA-AA family.
I am running for the position of Vice President for Capacity Building because I believe that every medical student deserves access to quality training, mentorship, and opportunities that foster both personal and professional growth. I am motivated by the desire to build a stronger and more inclusive EMSA-AA, where every member can develop the skills and confidence needed to become a future leader in healthcare.
My vision is to establish a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes excellence, innovation, and collaboration among our members. My core values are integrity, inclusiveness, accountability, and teamwork. If elected, my priorities will be to expand capacity-building programs, organize high-quality workshops and training sessions, strengthen mentorship opportunities, and encourage active member engagement.
Together, we can create an EMSA-AA that empowers, inspires, and equips every student to make a meaningful impact on our community and the healthcare system.✨
