أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى وزارة الثقافة والشباب بجمهورية جيبوتي، برعاية السيدة الوزيرة هبو مؤمن عسوه، لإتاحة هذه الفرصة الكريمة للالتقاء بجمهوري الجيبوتي والسوداني،
كما أبارك تنصيب فخامة الرئيس إسماعيل عمر قيلي رئيسًا لجمهورية جيبوتي.
كما أحيّي الجمعية الجيبوتية السودانية على جهودها الكبيرة والمقدّرة في تعزيز أواصر المحبة والتواصل بين الشعبين الشقيقين.
وأبارك لفخامة الرئيس إسماعيل عمر قيلي، وللسيدة الأولى خضرة محمود حيد، بمناسبة تنصيبه رئيسًا لجمهورية جيبوتي، متمنيةً لجيبوتي وشعبها الكريم دوام الأمن والاستقرار والتقدم والازدهار.
سعدت كثيرًا بهذه المشاركة الرفيعة، وأعتز بهذا اللقاء الثقافي والفني الذي يجسد عمق العلاقات الأخوية بين السودان وجيبوتي.
I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Ministry of Culture and Youth of Djibouti, under the patronage of Her Excellency Minister Hibo Moumin Assoweh, for this gracious opportunity to connect with my Djiboutian and Sudanese audience.
I also congratulate His Excellency President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh on the occasion of his inauguration as President of the Republic of Djibouti.
I would also like to salute the Djiboutian-Sudanese Association for their great and appreciated efforts in strengthening the bonds of affection and communication between the two brotherly peoples.
My sincere congratulations as well to His Excellency President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh and the First Lady Khadra Mahmoud Haid on this distinguished national occasion, wishing Djibouti and its noble people continued peace, stability, progress, and prosperity.
I am truly delighted and honored by this distinguished participation, and proud of this cultural and artistic gathering that reflects the deep fraternal relations between Sudan and Djibouti.
