This is fully-recreated motion from sparse VR tracker positions by a model I trained on my own PC.
It's still a little rough, but with a bit more train and a pinch of craftsmanship and good choreography it'll be gold. I'm gonna use it to help with animation in the show so I don't have an excuse to drag my feet animating anymore!
And it means I can physically act in it too.
