Job Title: Medical Territory Sales Supervisor

Job Summary
The Medical Territory Sales Supervisor leads medical sales operations for the baby food and infant nutrition portfolio within the assigned region. This role manages and develops Team Leaders, ensures sales targets are met, and drives territory strategies to maximize market impact. Success requires strong people management, problem-solving, decision-making, and team development skills, alongside financial acumen and ROI focus.
A key part of the role is building trusted relationships with the pediatric medical community, presenting evidence-based product information to healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective market coverage to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the infant nutrition portfolio in the assigned region.
Lead and manage Team Leaders and their MSRs, ensuring full coverage and high performance.
Identify and create new business opportunities; strengthen presence within the pediatric medical community.
Conduct regular field visits, coach teams, and ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
Use data-driven insights to analyze territory performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with pediatricians, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and team development skills.
Manage territory budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and cost control.
Job Goals & Objectives
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales, coverage, and distribution targets.
Increase market share and numeric/weighted distribution for key infant nutrition SKUs.
Establish and grow a network of KOLs and advocates across target HCP segments.
Achieve CRM data quality targets: 100% call logging, accurate HCP classification, and timely reports.
Ensure zero compliance breaches and maintain full audit readiness.
Education & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Analytical thinking and business planning capabilities
Professional-level communication and advanced presentation skills
Proficient computer skills and financial acumen
Experience
Total Business Experience: 5–7 years
Medical Sales: Minimum 3–5 years (infant nutrition preferred)
Supervisory Experience: At least 1–2 years managing field teams

Kurdish: Native
