Aldar presents Marsa Al Saadiyat, a major new destination on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Positioned as the final chapter in the island’s development, the project will bring together residential communities, Abu Dhabi’s largest marina, a waterfront promenade, cultural venues, educational institutions, and extensive leisure infrastructure.

Marsa Al Saadiyat is located moments away from the island’s leading cultural landmarks, including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi.
The district itself will include:
• two private schools and one public school
• six nurseries
• two clinics
NYU Abu Dhabi and five renowned schools, including Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, are also located nearby.
Another major landmark will be Dar Al Funoon Abu Dhabi, a venue with more than 6,000 seats, designed by Frank Gehry to host concerts, live productions, and international performances.
