Every layer of PoP has its own economy. Here's Layer 1 🔧

Who gets paid:

▫️ Anchor operators — beacons, terminals, PoP hardware
▫️ (Optional) The device or user that triggered the event, when it carries campaign value

What they're paid for:

▫️ Issuing an anchor confirmation — challenge-response, one-time session
▫️ Keeping infrastructure available in the zone — uptime, maintenance
▫️ Supporting time-in-zone scenarios that need local control

Infra fees split among the anchor operators that actually participated in confirming the event — weighted by reputation and the share of successful, conflict-free confirmations.
