Signal sources (min. 2 independent classes):

Network quorum:

3 of 5 — witness + geo-verifier + consistency node, selected by reputation/stake

Mandatory anti-fraud:

▫️ Replay protection via challenge-response or one-time token
▫️ Baseline Sybil resistance through cost and reputation constraints
