PoP's hardware layer runs on four core principles:

▫️ Data minimization — only what's needed to verify the fact gets generated
▫️ Pseudonymization — participants aren't required to reveal a persistent identity
▫️ Multi-signal design — signals combine, because no single source is reliable in every environment
▫️ Fact over detail — the protocol confirms "was in this zone," not raw coordinates
