Everyone is talking about pqr now because intel decided to push their latest product suite. It is all optics. They want to set a new baseline so everyone has to upgrade their entire infrastructure just to keep up with the government mandates. The rain outside is turning to gray sludge. If you actually look at the math the transition to quantum resistant algorithms is going to be a bloodbath for anyone running legacy hardware. Good luck migrating a distributed legacy mess without getting wrecked. The whole thing is a grift.
