HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a talented HR Generalist with 4-6 years of experience to drive key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a critical role in recruitment and talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, payroll support, HR analytics, and compliance. We're looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of HR processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
4-6 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
Strong recruitment and talent sourcing capability
Experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
Good analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry experience is an added advantage
