It should be noted that the Targeting and Risk Monitoring Department has launched a module for categorizing foreign trade participants based on a new approach.
As a result of the measures implemented, the share of the red channel was reduced from 17 percent in 2025 to 9 percent. The volume of automated clearance increased 1.5-fold compared to the previous year, reaching 35 percent, while the share of the simplified channel was increased to 91 percent.
In addition, an automated clearance mechanism has been introduced for railway transport, a risk management system has been implemented for courier shipments, and a risk module aimed at controlling customs value in exports has been developed.
Furthermore, the installation of a “SIM-server” device has made it possible to analyze online the X-ray images obtained from 10 “Z-portal” inspection and screening complexes installed at 8 customs posts.
Particular attention is also being paid to enhancing the professional capacity of personnel in the field of risk management. One employee has obtained the status of an international expert of the World Customs Organization in the field of risk management, while another employee has undergone international accreditation. Ten employees have enhanced their qualifications in the fields of data science and statistics.
