💌 Shortbread Valentines with Jam

🗒 Ingredients:
‣ Sugar – 100 g
‣ Egg – 1
‣ Flour – 300 g
‣ Butter – 200 g
‣ Vanilla extract – 0.5 tsp
‣ Jam – for the hearts

🍽 Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and stir well. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
2. Shape the cookies and make small heart-shaped indentations with a spoon, as shown in the video. Fill the indentations with jam.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
