The foundation split its X profile picture into nine zones and put them up for auction: winners place their mark there for a week and appear in a pinned post. Bids are taken in USDC, and the site was built together with mallow.
The money goes to victims of the floods in Nepal — a glacier collapsed there on August 26 and several districts went under water. More than $157,000 came in during the first hours, and the priciest zone, the centre one, went for $50,000: the auction is here.
