📢 We're Hiring: RF Engineer – Mobile Handset Testing
Location: Remote (Night Shift - US Time Zone)
We're looking for an RF-experienced professional to join our Mobile Handset Testing team. Ideal candidates should have experience in RF Drive Test / Optimization and strong knowledge of telecom protocols (VoLTE, IMS, SIP, Handover, etc.)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Perform mobile device field testing on live networks
Analyze RF KPIs and troubleshoot network issues
Use tools like QXDM, QCAT, ELT, Shannon, TEMS, or Nemo
Log issues and collaborate with US-based teams
🔹 Requirements:
1-2 years in RF testing/optimization or mobile handset testing
Strong telecom fundamentals
Good communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
Ready to visit office if needed
