Russia says it intercepted 306 Ukrainian drones overnight across multiple regions.
Ukrainian channels claimed the Lukoil refinery in Perm — one of Russia's largest — was also hit.
The drone was identified as an An-196 Liutyi with a range of up to 2,000 km.
Some reports suggest electronic warfare may have diverted it from its intended target into the apartment block.
