BMW i4 is soon to be retired — production of the electric Gran Coupe may be halted as early as the end of 2026 or the beginning of 2027.

However, the name i4 itself, it seems, will not disappear. Rumor has it that BMW is preparing full-fledged electric coupes and convertibles, which may appear closer to 2028.
