Salary and Commission System
1. Basic Salary
The daily basic salary is 50 AED (Dirhams).
2. Commission Structure (Based on Sales Revenue)
Sales from $0 – $10,000: 7% commission
Sales from $10,001 – $30,000: 8% commission
Sales from $30,001 – $50,000: 10% commission
Sales from $50,001 – $100,000: 15% commission
Sales of $100,001 and above: 18% commission
Work Model (Cross-border E-commerce Operations)
Find potential female clients through social or dating apps and add them on WhatsApp for further communication;
Build trust with clients through continuous communication and gradually increase customer engagement;
Discuss future plans and arrange potential in-person meetings, with a recommended period of no less than 3 months;
Once trust is established, guide clients to open stores and make deposits for store operations;
Assist clients in store management and encourage them to develop independent store systems for sustainable operations.
Job Requirements
Must obey management and be punctual for work;
Must hold a valid passport;
Basic English communication skills and computer typing ability required;
Male candidates only, familiar with dating apps;
Working hours:
2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Break: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 hours)
9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
