Israeli fighter jets, reportedly including F-35I Adirs, are operating over Syria 🇸🇾 tonight amid reports of ongoing IDF activity near Damascus.
Initial reports said: “They are conducting combat air patrols to DENY Turkish 🇹🇷 Air Force F-16C/D Fighting Falcons access to Syrian 🇸🇾 airspace and prevent them from providing air support to Syrian militant groups and Turkish commanders reportedly being targeted by the IDF on the outskirts of Damascus tonight.”
There are also unconfirmed reports that Turkish personnel may be among those targeted in the Damascus area.
These details have not yet been confirmed by the IDF or Turkish Defense Ministry.
