Chainlink just shoved their pipes into 12 new protocols. Arbitrum, Base, Solana, the whole circus. They want to be the universal plumbing, and honestly, it looks like they are betting the house on being the only exit when the smart contracts start bleeding out. My coffee tastes like burnt rubber and despair. If these L2s actually start failing, Chainlink is the one holding the bag for the entire systemic collapse. They call it interoperability, I call it a giant target for a single point of failure. It is just more middleware for a market that is already underwater.
