The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will operate as a consultative genomics partner not just a sales representative. You will drive revenue growth, expand territory penetration, and build strategic scientific relationships across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute territory growth strategy
• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
• Promote clinical and research genomics solutions to key decision makers
• Conduct high level scientific presentations and technical discussions with clinicians, molecular diagnostic labs, and researchers
• Identify institutional and tender based business opportunities
• Achieve defined revenue targets and business KPIs
• Maintain structured sales reporting and market intelligence
Candidate Profile
• MSc / PhD in Life Sciences (Genomics / Molecular Biology preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers encouraged)
• MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of NGS and molecular diagnostics
• Selling mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
