The last time this happened, capital rotated hard back into Bitcoin and altcoin dominance by OI collapsed shortly after.
We’re seeing the same setup again right now. BTC OI share has compressed while “Others” have expanded to multi-month highs.
This is a rare signal. Historically it has not been friendly for altcoin outperformance in the weeks that followed.
