To be eligible, applicants must:
• Have a valid Addis Ababa ID
• Be 18–34 years old
• Be available to attend 8 days of training
• Be willing to learn and committed to the program

Upon successful completion of the training and job placement, participants will receive a smartphone to support them in their caregiving work.
