Project spread across 5.4 acres under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).
Estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ~₹600 Cr.
Located in Coimbatore’s IT belt with access to SEZs, IT parks, educational institutions, retail malls and hospitals.
The project strengthens Brigade’s residential portfolio and supports its South India expansion strategy.
