🔹 STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES: CLARIFICATION ON LONG-TERM SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Sterlite Technologies has clarified that the Long Term Supply Agreement with a leading hyperscaler, disclosed on August 29, 2026, was executed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, and not directly by Sterlite Technologies Limited.

The company said the earlier exchange filing inadvertently mentioned that the agreement was executed by the company.

All other details of the original disclosure remain unchanged.
