☑ Traders already generating meaningful volume
☑ Users whose NORMAL activity can realistically reach a tier

Not somebody who needs to overtrade just to unlock a reward

Example:

If you naturally generate around 700K Futures volume, the $500 tier may be relevant.

If your normal volume is only $20K–$30K, forcing another ~$670K purely for a bonus makes no sense.
