UPDATE: Serbian Justice Minister Nenad Vujić said Belgrade has asked the UN Mechanism to clarify whether its investigation into Ratko Mladić’s death will examine the medical and palliative-care protocols used during his final stage of life.
Vujić said reports by Serbian doctors had questioned aspects of the treatment and called for scrutiny of whether relevant palliative-care standards were followed.
