WATCH: A symbolic flotilla gathered off Ceuta on Sunday, August 30, in a show of support for the Spanish enclave amid ongoing tensions over migration and the border with Morocco.
Residents assembled around the Baluarte and nearby areas waving Spanish and Ceuta flags while chanting “¡Viva España y viva Ceuta!” as the boats passed offshore.
