It is really good to see that you are approaching to people for a better understanding.
There is not a specific way to reach companies and get a high paying jobs, I can explain what I did!
First thing, I did Native Android development for a while but I wasn't able to find the any internship or nothing like that, so I did a market research and realized that Native android has really less demand compared to other frameworks like flutter, react native, in the mobile app development.
So I switched in flutter framework with a calculated research and risk, and I also improved the linkedin profile along with my resume with different different levels of projects.
I made some difficult level projects and some easy level project and shared all with inner details on linkedin, so that I could get attention of CEOs & HRs.
Now this is what I did in my early 2024s months, then I started looking for work where I could work for free in any company by showing them project on linkedin or through emails.
And last thing kept learning new things in the current technology in which I am working. This approach made my skills more and more efficient and effective in projects. Sometimes I also lied to HRs 😏, but that was just to get in the organization and once I am in, then I start learning fast those things which I lied about that I know fluently.
But thing might not work in everyone's cases, so here are my key learnings -
Most important [Do not fall for the advise that you should continue only one technology even though if it is not paying you. What I would say find a technology which is high in demand and easy to learn and can get you a better package (In my case It was fFlutter)] **
1. Kept learning one technology (Flutter) until I got paid.
2. Always considered myself that I can learn difficult concept in current tech which I am working in (Flutter).
3. Made some eye catching projects and also copied from youtube, most of them.

4. Approach to HRs and CEOs with a better eye catching profile and resume and offer them to work for free for a month, this is called foot in the door technique, once if they are impressed you would be having a better job, otherwise you would learn and have a experience for linkedin post.
5. If you know just 20% of something always tell the hiring team that you know 50%, in this case you can if interview happens you can pass with some theoratical question practice.
6. Once you are comfortable with one technology and start getting paid start to learn another one which is high paying, in my case I am learning DSA now and will switch to backend development with spring framework or may be as a fullstack dev, who knows!
7. If it is required to lie in on the linkedin or to HRs then do it, because you are hurting anyone, companies see you as resources nothing else, so lie to them if needed and also be prepared for the worst possible scenarios which could happen after lying like heavy work load for more responsibilities. But you would be learning in this case too much in a short amount of time .
Last thing, It took me around 20 mins to write down all of this, so I did because, if I could help someone for a better future then I would, and I also request you once you are employed and someone comes to you asking for help then do not refuse to help, because you can change someones whole life with just a little help..
