Google Ads Specialist (Remote – LATAM)

About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team and help manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you'll focus on improving campaign performance, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and improve targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay current with Google Ads updates and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of:

◦ Performance Max
◦ Remarketing
◦ Keyword research and match types
◦ Negative keywords
◦ Bidding strategies
• Experience optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing advertising budgets.
• Advanced English (B2+) with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with GA4.
• Experience with Looker Studio.
• Experience with Meta Ads.
• SEO knowledge.
• Landing page optimization and CRO experience.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
