Simple weekly review (15 min, Sunday):

• Best trade and why
• Worst trade and why
• How many trades broke your plan
• One rule to add or remove next week

Manual logging is where most journals die.

Alltra connects to your broker and syncs your trades automatically, so your fills are in the tracker even if you never opened the app.

Prop firm tip: track your drawdown, not just your P&L.

A lot of accounts fail on the drawdown rule, not because the strategy was bad. Check your remaining buffer before every session, not after a bad trade.

Most traders don't improve because they never look back at their trades.

A journal fixes that. After 30 trades you stop guessing why you lose and start seeing it: same time of day, same setup, same mistake.

Revenge trading shows up in the data before you admit it

Look back at your last 10 losing trades. Check the time between the loss and your next entry. If it's shrinking, that's not a strategy — that's emotion.

A journal catches this pattern before your account does.

Funded account rules are the real opponent

You're not just trading the market. You're trading against a daily loss limit, a max drawdown, and a profit target — all at once.

Tracking those numbers in real time is the difference between passing an evaluation and blowing it on a good trading day gone wrong.

The trade you don't take matters too.

Most journals only log entries and exits. The trades you skipped because they didn't meet your setup are just as important — they tell you if you're getting more disciplined or more hesitant.

Alltra.app pinned «Welcome to Alltra.app 👋 Alltra is a trading journal and tracker built for futures and prop-firm traders. Here you'll find: • Journaling routines that actually stick • Tips for tracking prop-firm accounts and drawdown • Weekly review templates • Feature walkthroughs…»

Spreadsheet vs. Journal tool

A spreadsheet tells you what happened last week if you remember to update it. A synced journal tells you what happened this morning, automatically, without you touching a keyboard.

That's the entire difference.

The real reason journals fail

Not laziness. Most people quit journaling because it feels like homework with no payoff.

Alltra tries to remove the homework part — sync happens automatically, so review is the only thing left for you to actually do.

14 venues, 13 auto-syncing

Alltra connects to brokerages and prop firms so your fills show up without manual entry. One firm (Rithmic) is built and waiting on production access — the rest sync on their own.

What this channel is NOT

Not a signal group. Not a "copy my trades" page. Not financial advice.

It's a place to learn how to track, review and actually improve your own trading — using Alltra or any other method. The tool matters less than the habit.

Economic calendar, filtered to what matters

You don't need every release on the planet. Alltra lets you filter down to the instruments you actually trade, so you check what affects your session, not everything else.

One dashboard, every account

Prop firm evaluation, funded account, personal brokerage — most traders run more than one. Alltra keeps them separate but visible together, so your real trading picture isn't scattered across five tabs.

Alltra Intelligence: ask questions about your own trading

Not signals. Not predictions. It reads your own trade history and answers things like "what's my win rate on Fridays?" or "which setup costs me the most?"

Your data, explained back to you.

The problem with most trading tools

They show you what happened. They don't help you understand why.

Alltra was built by traders who got tired of switching between a broker app, a spreadsheet, and a notes app just to answer one question: "am I actually improving?

Why we built this community

Not to sell you a dream. Most trading content online is noise — fake screenshots, signal groups, "get rich" promises.

This channel exists for the opposite: real habits, real review, real tools. If you're serious about trading as a process, you're in the right place.

The P&L calendar view is underrated.

Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views show things one number hides: green Mondays, red Fridays, one bad day wiping out a week.

Patterns show up fast when you can see them.

Simple weekly review (15 min, Sunday):

• Best trade and why
• Worst trade and why
• How many trades broke your plan
• One rule to add or remove next week

One change a week beats rebuilding your whole strategy.

Manual logging is where most journals die.

Alltra connects to your broker and syncs your trades automatically, and accounts sync every hour on the server, so your fills are in the tracker even if you never opened the app.
