Senior HR Organizational Development Specialist
Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: USD 2,000 – 4,000 per month
The position involves developing and managing organizational development and performance management initiatives, supporting talent management and succession planning, assessing employee and leadership capabilities, and improving organizational effectiveness. The role also includes developing HR frameworks, analyzing people data, and providing insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Strategy, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong experience in Performance Management and KPI frameworks.
Practical experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning.
Good understanding of Organization Design and Job Architecture.
Experience in HR Analytics, leadership assessment, or competency frameworks is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills.
