☕ Good news for coffee lovers!
A new study of more than 350,000 people found that higher coffee consumption is linked to significantly lower risks of serious liver diseases — including cirrhosis and liver cancer.
People who drank 5+ cups a day had:
✔️ 32% lower risk of cirrhosis
✔️ Nearly 50% lower risk of liver cancer
Even better? The benefits were seen with both caffeinated and decaf coffee — and even among those who added sugar or artificial sweeteners.
With coffee already part of many daily routines, it may be more than just a morning pick-me-up — it could be an easy way to support liver health.
