A low cost per subscriber doesn't always mean you're getting quality traffic. You can bring in 1,000 people at $0.30 each, but that number means little if they never read your content, engage, or buy.
I hear this story all the time: lots of subscribers, a ridiculously low price, but no leads or sales.
Here's how we focus on attracting the right audience:
1) We don't chase the lowest price per subscriber.
After 150+ projects, we can usually see before launch which channels may bring a real audience and which ones are likely to generate bots, fake activity, or random people who will never buy.
2) We track traffic using unique invite links.
They show us exactly which channel each subscriber came from, so we can tell which placements bring a genuine audience and which don't. If a channel delivers cheap but unengaged subscribers, we disable it, even when the price is attractive.
3) We ask clients to share their lead and sales data.
How many people contacted them, submitted an inquiry, and eventually purchased. This completes the picture and helps us optimize for real outcomes, not subscriber volume alone.
