*Arsi University Construction Project Execution Progress Report Presented*
Dr. Fikadu Mitiku Abdissa, the president of Arsi University, led the presentation of the university's project execution progress report. The report, presented by the project office experts, aimed to inform the top management and College Deans on the current status of various construction projects undertaken by the university.
The presentation highlighted both the physical and financial progress of the projects. While some projects showed satisfactory execution performance, others revealed significant delays that necessitate immediate attention. The report identified several bottlenecks contributing to these delays, primarily stemming from issues related to contractors, consultants, and the monitoring and follow-up mechanisms employed by the university.
