# Driver Recruiting & Compliance Manager — U.S. Trucking
Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
Salary: $700 month STARTING
Schedule: Full-time, evening/night shift aligned with U.S. business hours
U.S.-based trucking company is hiring a Driver Recruiting & Compliance Manager in Bishkek.
### Responsibilities
* Recruit and interview U.S. CDL truck drivers
* Manage applicants from first contact through onboarding
* Maintain driver recruiting pipeline and follow-ups
* Collect and track driver qualification documents
* Monitor CDL, medical card, TWIC and other expirations
* Assist with driver safety and compliance administration
* Track accidents, violations, inspections and corrective actions
* Maintain accurate recruiting and compliance reports
### Requirements
* Strong spoken and written English
* Excellent phone and communication skills
* Highly organized and persistent
* Comfortable working U.S. hours
* Recruiting, trucking, logistics or safety experience preferred
* U.S. trucking/DOT/FMCSA knowledge is a major advantage
Compensation: $700 KGS/month + recruiting STARTING, based on experience.
