TriClub Yerevan Trainings: post #732 — TG.ME

🚴‍♂️ TriClub Group Bike Ride Rules 🟢 1. How We Ride (The Do's) • ⚙️ Prep beforehand: Check your tire pressure and chain the night before, not at the starting line. • ⛑ Helmet up: No helmet, no ride. Always protect your head! • 🛠 Bring the basics: Pack a spare tube, a pump, and basic tools (and know how to use them). • 💧 Fuel & Hydrate: Bring water and snacks for long rides. Don't use team rides for fasting—running out of energy slows you and the whole group down! • 💵 Cash: Keep a little emergency cash on you, just in case. • 🤝 Stick together: Ride with the group. It's safer, easier, and way more fun. 🔴 2. Safety First (The Don'ts) • ⏰ Don't be late: We roll on time! Please arrive early enough to be ready to ride by the start time. • 🎧 No double headphones: Keep at least one ear completely free so you can hear traffic and your teammates. • ⚠️ No unpredictable riding: – Don't pass on the right without shouting a friendly "On your right!" – Don't swerve or sweep side-to-side. – Don't brake suddenly when riding in front (the rider behind you could clip your wheel and crash). 🚴 3. "No Drop" Rides (Our standard weekend rides) Unless we announce otherwise, TriClub rides are "No Drop". This means: • We start and finish together. • We regroup at the top of long hills or at major turns. • Need to leave early? Just tell the group leader before you branch off so we don’t send a search party! • Big groups? We might split into "fast" and "chill" pace groups. Pick your vibe, stick with your crew, and wait for them at checkpoints. ⚡️ 4. Race-Pace Rides (Rare!) • Occasionally, we do fast, competitive rides. In these rare cases, we don't wait up. • Note: Even on a race-pace ride, we ALWAYS stop and help if a teammate crashes or has a real emergency! ———————————————- 🚫 5. Not your style? If you prefer not to follow these guidelines, no hard feelings—but please ride solo. Our rules are here to keep everyone safe and smiling! 💙
