Think BRICS: post #22346 — TG.ME

A 68-year-old woman in Karnataka (india) who spent much of her life begging was found dead at her home — and locals then discovered more than 30 sacks stuffed with coins and small-denomination notes.

After counting it all, the stash came to roughly $8,780 (₹840,000).

Hoor had lived in the rented home with her sister, who died two years ago. Neither woman had married.

The money was handed over to Hoor’s brothers, with one receiving about $6,270 (₹600,000), while the other got around $2,510 (₹240,000) — which he then donated to a mosque.

Turns out the neighborhood beggar had a bigger cash reserve than plenty of working people.
