The plan was to always flood the country with illegals, manipulate the census to gain more seats to eventually take over states through gerrymandering and other election fraud tactics, in order to create a one party system to gain full control of the United States.
This is just ONE more angle, goal, and technique to destroy the U.S. and implement their global communist regime through military style regime change operations and fraudulent elections.
