* Pustule – Small, raised, pus-filled lesion commonly seen in bacterial infections, acne, and folliculitis.
* Fissure – A deep crack or split in the skin, often due to dryness, eczema, or fungal infections (like athlete’s foot).
* Scar – A healed area of skin that forms after injury or surgery when normal tissue is replaced with fibrous tissue.
* Eczema (Dermatitis) – Inflamed, red, itchy patches caused by skin barrier dysfunction and immune hypersensitivity.
* Papules – Small, solid, raised bumps seen in acne, dermatitis, viral infections, and insect bites.
* Tumor – A solid, abnormal mass; may be benign (lipoma) or malignant (skin cancer).
* Scales – Flaky skin produced due to rapid turnover of epidermal cells, common in psoriasis and dermatitis.
* Erythema – Redness of the skin caused by increased blood flow during inflammation or infection.
* Vitiligo – Loss of skin pigment due to autoimmune destruction of melanocytes, leading to white patches.
* Cyanosis – Bluish discoloration of skin due to low oxygen levels, circulatory problems, or respiratory issues.
* Ulcer – An open sore that results from skin breakdown, commonly due to infections, venous disease, or pressure.
* Necrosis – Death of skin tissue due to severe infection, ischemia, burns, or trauma.
