HPR एक National Digital Registry है जिसमें डॉक्टर, नर्स और फार्मासिस्ट का डेटा होता है। � NHPR ABDM इसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन करने पर आपको Unique ID (HP-ID) मिलती है यह आपकी पहचान, verification और online visibility बढ़ाता है 🟢 1. NEW PHARMACIST के लिए HPR Registration Process Step-by-Step प्रक्रिया: 1️⃣ वेबसाइट खोलें 👉 HPR Official Portal� 2️⃣ Login / Register करें “Register/Login” पर क्लिक करें Aadhaar या Driving License से KYC करें OTP verify करें 📌 Aadhaar से registration सबसे आसान होता है 3️⃣ Healthcare Professional ID बनाएं आपका HP-ID (Digital ID) generate हो जाएगा यह आपका permanent ID रहेगा 4️⃣ Category चुनें Category: Pharmacist / Allied Healthcare Professional Sub-category सही चुनें 5️⃣ Form भरें आपको ये details भरनी होंगी: Personal Details (नाम, DOB, Address) Qualification (D.Pharm / B.Pharm / Pharm.D) College / University Internship/Training details Work details (अगर job कर रहे हैं) 6️⃣ Documents Upload करें Degree / Diploma State Pharmacy Registration (अगर है) ID proof 7️⃣ Submit करें Form preview करें Submit कर दें 8️⃣ Verification आपका data State Pharmacy Council verify करेगा Approval के बाद आपका HPR ID active हो जाएगा � NHPR ABDM 🔵 2.
