We’re looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and help drive high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our Agile delivery teams. If you’re passionate about fostering teamwork, removing obstacles, and guiding teams toward delivering exceptional results — we want to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Scrum Facilitation
· Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Ensure the team consistently adheres to Scrum values, roles, and best practices.
· Maintain transparency of team progress through Scrum artifacts such as burndown charts and sprint backlogs.
Team Support & Coaching
· Coach team members on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
·Encourage high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
· Identify and remove blockers; help resolve conflicts to support smooth delivery.
Product Owner & Stakeholder Collaboration
·Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to maintain a refined and prioritized Product Backlog.
· Strengthen communication and alignment between development teams and stakeholders.
· Support clarity around sprint goals and overall product vision.
Process Improvement
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable enhancements.
· Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process optimizations.
· Track Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time) to improve predictability and delivery quality.
📘 Certification & Education Requirements
· Certification (held or currently pursuing): At least one Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
· Education: B.Tech/B.E, MCA, or MBA (or any equivalent full-time management program of at least 12 months).
