A live Update Constitutional Committee governance action expires on September 1st. This action brings elected volunteers in to replace outgoing CC members, so that the CC has enough votes to allow other actions to pass.
If this action isn't approved, all governance-gated progress will be blocked pending a retry— including development related actions such as parameter changes and hard forks.
