🔴 فوری-مهم: چهار روز پس از افشاگری شبنامه؛ نخستین بند طرح محرمانه پزشکیان و قالیباف وارد مرحله اجرا شد
شبنامه روز جمعه ۳۰ مرداد گزارش داد که حلقه پزشکیان، قالیباف، عراقچی و اژهای در حال آمادهسازی افکار عمومی برای رونمایی از طرحی محرمانه با هدف توافق با آمریکاست؛ طرحی که نخستین تعهد جمهوری اسلامی در آن، بازگشایی تنگه هرمز عنوان شده بود.
اکنون، پس از بازگشت عاصم منیر از تهران و با ورود وزیر خارجه عمان به تهران، جمهوری اسلامی و سلطنت عمان در بیانیهای مشترک بر ایجاد یک کریدور موقت دریانوردی و اجرای پروژه مشترک مینروبی در تنگه هرمز توافق کردهاند. مذاکرات برای ایجاد کریدور دائمی، اداره آینده تنگه، تبادل اطلاعات و ارائه خدمات امنیتی و دریانوردی نیز ادامه خواهد یافت.
این بیانیه، نخستین نشانه آشکار از ورود طرح محرمانه به مرحله اجراست. عمان نقش واسطه را بر عهده گرفته و بازگشایی تنگه در قالب یک توافق فنی و دوجانبه آغاز شده است؛ همان اقدامی که ترامپ آن را یکی از شروط اصلی پایان جنگ قرار داده بود.
اجرای چنین توافقی بدون هماهنگی فرماندهی سپاه تروریستی پاسداران امکانپذیر نیست و با گزارش پیشین شبنامه درباره انتقال پیام آمریکا از طریق نچیروان بارزانی به احمد وحیدی و دریافت پاسخی اطمینانبخش همخوانی دارد.
بااینحال، این تنها نخستین گام است. ادامه طرح به پذیرش دیگر شروط آمریکا، راستیآزمایی و مهار مخالفتهای داخلی وابسته است؛ مسیری که در نهایت، همانند برجام، به شکست خواهد انجامید.

Four Days After Shabnameh’s Disclosure, the First Element of Pezeshkian and Ghalibaf’s Secret Plan Enters the Implementation Stage
On Friday, August 21, Shabnameh reported that the circle surrounding Masoud Pezeshkian, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Abbas Araghchi and Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei was preparing public opinion for the unveiling of a secret plan intended to secure an agreement with the United States. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz was identified as the Islamic Republic’s first commitment under the plan.
Now, following Asim Munir’s return from Tehran and the arrival of Oman’s foreign minister in the Iranian capital, the Islamic Republic and the Sultanate of Oman have issued a joint statement agreeing to establish a temporary maritime corridor and conduct a joint mine-clearance operation in the Strait of Hormuz. Negotiations will continue over a permanent corridor, the future administration of the strait, information sharing, traffic management, and related maritime and security services.
The statement represents the first visible indication that the secret plan has entered its implementation stage. Oman has assumed the role of intermediary, while the process of reopening the strait has begun through a technical bilateral arrangement—the same action President Trump had established as one of his principal conditions for ending the war.
Implementing such an agreement would be impossible without coordination from the leadership of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. This is consistent with Shabnameh’s earlier report that the United States had conveyed a message to Ahmad Vahidi through Nechirvan Barzani and received a reassuring response.
Nevertheless, this is only the first step. The continuation of the plan depends on Tehran accepting further US conditions, undergoing verification, and containing opposition from within the regime—a process that will ultimately fail, just as the JCPOA did.
