What You'll Do
Design marketing materials for our media partners: banners, social media graphics, ad spots, and landing page visuals
Use AI tools to speed up concepting, asset variations, and creative testing
Create co-branded assets for podcast hosts, radio shows, and content creators
Support our team with presentations, media kits, and campaign graphics
Manage and mentor design interns, delegating tasks and reviewing their work
Keep our brand look consistent, premium, and polished across all platforms
What We're Looking For
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Comfortable using AI design tools (Calude, Canva AI, Adobe, etc.) to work faster and smarter
Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
Experience with social media and digital ad formats
Self-motivated and reliable, comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
Bonus: experience designing for media, podcasts, AI-driven creative work, or the financial/precious metals space

Location: 100% Remote (American company)
Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time
Salary: Starting at $800 USD+
