3,400 BTC has been returned to the Liquid Federation wallet. The attacker retains 598.5 BTC. Total time from fork to resolution: 27 hours.
The process included 11 rounds of OP_RETURN messages, PGP-signed communications, an Electrum walkthrough, and use of the mempool.space accelerator.
Everything was handled transparently on-chain—no intermediaries, no lawyers, just code and cryptography.
