Let's paint a frightening picture that comes closer to reality with each federal lawsuit filed against the Trump Administration & its publicly mandated policy agenda.

The proposed legislative solution gives the appearance of content for continued kabuki theater that only gives the illusion that something is being done or in other words, another piece of fat on which the public can chew while criminals carry on unimpeded.
If the status quo of activist federal judges effectively interceding on the Trump Administration continues unmitigated, it sets us up for a repeat of history to relive 2018-2025.
Manufactured dissent will continue to be propagated vis-a-vis mainstream media, which itself remains unchecked, in a build-up to the 2026 midterms to oppose the Trump Administration with already emerging manufactured talking points like "Trump's oligarchy," "DOGE," "our democracy," "our Constitution," etc.
Elections are a function of each state & therefore election reform must occur within each state & that does little to nothing to change the political landscape in terms of rigging "elections" for critical races in key states.
It stands that the manufactured & propagated dissent will be leveraged to steal a sufficient amount of elections for the 2026 midterms so as to tip congressional power back to the Democrats.
The clear strategy is using the Judiciary to intercede on the Trump Administration to slow-walk it to the midterms & limit what can be accomplished until then.
If the Democrats steal back power in 2026, it will queue us up to relive 2018-2020 and they will board the impeachment train again among other things.

In 2020, they faked a "pandemic" to steal an "election" AND NO ONE DID A FUCKING THING ABOUT IT NOR HAS ANYONE YET.
Ergo, what is to stop them from capturing the manufactured momentum of the stolen 2026 midterms to re-up the 2020 plan where they steal the 2028 election to install the next Joe Biden and 2029-2033 looks just like 2021-2025 did?
