A leading real estate development company working on major projects in Riyadh is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join its team and contribute to projects from concept development through design and delivery.
*Qualifications & Experience*
* Saudi Nationality is required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
* 1+ year of professional experience with an architectural consultant, developer, or design firm.
* Good understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and project development.
* Ability to develop architectural concepts and translate them into clear design solutions.
* Experience preparing working drawings, presentations, and design documentation.
* Strong visual and aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
* Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted design and generative AI tools is an advantage.
