Job Vacancy: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of design experience across major commercial, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
Required Technical Expertise:
• Plumbing and Drainage (PL)
• Water Supply (WS)
• Fire Protection (FF)
• Air-Conditioning (AC)
• Ventilation and Smoke Management (VE/SMK)
• Irrigation Systems (IRR)
• LPG and Fuel Systems
• Water Treatment Systems
Key Requirements:
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP/BIM and AutoCAD
• Strong capability in calculations, equipment selection, system design, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports
• Extensive multidisciplinary coordination and design-review experience
• Excellent knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SBC, BS, and applicable Saudi authority requirements
• Ability to lead mechanical design activities from concept through tender and construction stages
Professional certifications such as CHD, CEM, PMP, CFPS, and ASPE–CPD are highly preferred.
