🔹 Ethereum Gas Without ETH
On August 27, Ethereum developers advanced EIP-8141 (Frame Transactions) to “planned for inclusion” status for the Hegotá upgrade, scheduled for 2027.
This update could let apps—or third-party accounts—cover gas fees on your behalf. Imagine paying with stablecoins while a service handles the ETH settlement in the background. Multiple transactions could be grouped, and if a swap fails, token approvals would be automatically revoked.
Users could also define custom authorization rules and update their control keys—without needing to migrate funds to a new address.
